What is KYC, and why it is needed?

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is an important step in confirming the identity of our clients. We work with Sumsub, a trusted compliance partner, to carry out these checks according to international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. This helps keep our platform safe and protects both our business and customers from risks like fraud or illegal activity.

KYC is essential to meet global regulations that prevent illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud, and terrorist financing. By verifying each customer's identity, we ensure we follow the rules and create a secure environment for everyone.

Requirements for KYC verification

For KYC, one of the following documents is required:

  • Drivers License

  • National ID Card

  • Passport

Please note that only physical original documents are accepted. Copies are not accepted and you must be 18 years old

Am I required to verify my KYC every time I complete the challenge?

KYC is only required for the first challenge you pass. Once your identity is verified and approved, you won’t need to complete the KYC process again for future challenges you pass.

Please note that KYC verification can only be completed after successfully passing the challenge.
