At Crypto Edge, we strictly prohibit spamming the order book, which is considered a manipulation of market execution and pricing.

What is Spamming the Order Book?

Spamming the order book refers to placing multiple trades on the same currency pair within seconds of each other. This includes:

  • Rapid-fire entries on the same pair within a short timeframe.

  • Opening and closing several small trades in quick succession.

  • Executing a large trade by splitting it into multiple orders in an attempt to manipulate execution or avoid detection.

Why Is This Not Allowed?

This behavior is seen as abusive to the trading infrastructure and falls under prohibited trading practices. It can result in irregular fills, disrupt liquidity, and create an unfair trading environment for others.

Consequences

Immediate account breach – Any account found engaging in this behavior will be marked as breached.

Loss of evaluation or funded account – The account will be disabled and disqualified from progressing further.

Profits forfeited – Any profits made through this behavior will be removed.

We do not allow spamming the order book under any circumstances. Always trade responsibly and within the spirit of fair trading. If you are unsure whether your strategy may breach this rule, contact our support team before trading.
